This is an apprenticeship in both home performance and operations, offering a clear path for a great long-term career in the trades. You will serve as the right-hand to our field project leaders and the highly organized backbone of our warehouse.

Your Mission

You are a vital hybrid player supporting field crews and daily logistics.

• Execute Service Work: Assist in home construction, efficiency upgrades, framing, drywall, and general repairs. You work fast but never cut corners.
• Manage the Hub: Organize the warehouse, track inventory with solid attention to detail, and maintain our fleet.
• Master the Environment: Work confidently in attics, on roofs, and in a fast-paced warehouse.
• Support & Learn: Proactively manage job site prep, vehicle readiness, and cleanup.

• Efficiency: Working fast and applying techniques to ensure field work is done correctly.
• Reliability: Arriving on time, every day, ready to keep the crew moving and the shop running.
• Operational Excellence: Keeping the warehouse meticulously organized and tracking inventory accurately.

The Essentials:

• Professional Presence: Neat appearance and polite communication for inside customers' homes.
• Experience: 1-2 years of construction, handyman, or warehouse experience preferred. A strong, self-motivated work ethic is most important.
• Detail-Oriented & Organized: You have solid attention to detail and naturally keep your workspace—whether a customer's attic or the shop floor—clean and highly organized.
• Physical Requirements: Safely climb ladders, work in tight spaces, and lift up to 50 lbs overhead.
• The Right Attitude: You take initiative. You don't wait to be told to clean a site or organize a shelf.
• Tech Savvy: Comfortable using mobile devices for tracking time and inventory (Service Titan experience is a plus).

Requirements: Valid driver's license and a clean driving record (background checks conducted).
